Sustainable Međimurje – Series of Brochures

Client: Tourist Board of Međimurje County

We designed a series of brochures for the Tourist Board of Međimurje County that serve as practical guidelines on sustainable tourism. The brochures highlight how Međimurje positions itself as a responsible and sustainable destination, showcasing concrete actions and initiatives the region is implementing to protect its natural and cultural heritage.

The series explains key aspects of sustainability — from environmental protection and waste management to support for local producers, preservation of biodiversity, promotion of slow and green mobility, and responsible visitor behaviour. Each brochure focuses on different topics while maintaining a unified, modern, and nature-inspired visual identity.

Our design approach combines clean layouts, high-quality photography of Međimurje’s landscapes, and clear, accessible information design. The visual language is calm, trustworthy, and optimistic — effectively communicating Međimurje’s genuine commitment to sustainability and inviting visitors to become part of this responsible tourism story.

These brochures are used both as promotional and educational materials, helping to raise awareness among visitors, partners, and the local community.
